Katy Bryce
Parent Helper and 1:1 Support Worker
“Not one person is left out at Nest (unless they choose to be), and even though there are different ‘groups’, they seem to play their separate games with an awareness of the other ‘group’. There is a quiet interaction, like planets orbiting in the same universe, borrowing ideas, and inspirations. Sometimes, though, it is a strong, loud interaction where there is conflict and frustration, but there is always an interaction, and this is the positive thing. They rarely need adult interjection. Sometimes the play is wild and seemingly disregulated (to our adult minds), and sometimes it is quiet and organised.” Katy Bryce.
